Cut-Out Handle - Front of Bag

The standard thin plastic grocery bag with handles that have been removed with a stamping machine. When filled with goods, this bag bears most of the load near the ends of the handle opening. Stretching in this area helps distribute some of the load, but also may result in the bag deforming and eventually tearing.
