Bag Without Handles - Grocery Bag

The classic brown paper grocery bag has no handles. The paper's stiffness allows this container to be carried from the bottom with little chance of failure, unless the bag gets wet, which weakens the paper.

Carrying a loaded grocery bag from the top, however, can result in a variety of failures. Two include a torn-off corner near the top of the bag, or failure of the glued flaps or the paper itself at the bag's bottom.
